2. Products and services

  • The products displayed on the site are presented for informational purposes and may be subject to change without prior notice.

  • The images are for informational purposes only and there may be minor differences from the actual product.

  • Stocks are updated periodically, but discrepancies may occur.

3. Prices and payments

  • All prices are expressed in lei (RON) and include VAT.

  • Available payment methods: bank card, bank transfer, cash on delivery.

  • In the case of online payments, processing is ensured by a secure payment processor.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery is made by express courier, within 1-3 business days, depending on the location.

  • The delivery cost is displayed before the order is completed.

  • Orders over 300 Lei benefit from free shipping.

5. Right of withdrawal

  • According to current legislation, you have the right to return products within 14 calendar days of receiving them, without giving a reason.

  • The product must be in new condition, without traces of use, in the original packaging.

  • The cost of the return is borne by the buyer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

6. Guarantees

  • For the protective films sold on heybingo.ro , we offer a guarantee of conformity for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product, in accordance with GEO 140/2021.

    Warranty coverage:

    • Incorrect size for the phone model specified in the order

    • Material defects (cracks, uneven cuts, missing elements from the set)

    • Processing defects visible before assembly

    The warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear of the protective film

    • Scratches, chips or cracks caused by use

    • Incorrect installation carried out by the customer

    • Contact with liquids, mechanical shocks or external factors

7. Limitation of liability

  • DOCTOR ADS MEDIA SRL cannot be responsible for any discrepancies arising from external causes (e.g. price changes by suppliers, technical errors, cyber attacks).

  • We reserve the right to refuse orders in case of suspected fraud or incomplete data.

  • The terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law.

  • Disputes will be resolved amicably, and if this is not possible, they will be resolved by the competent courts in Romania.
