GUARANTEES

At HEYBINGO , we want all our customers to be satisfied with the products they purchase. This page explains our warranty policy, tailored to the type of products we sell.

1. Phone screen protector warranty

For the protective films sold on heybingo.ro , we offer a guarantee of conformity for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product, in accordance with GEO 140/2021.

Warranty coverage:

  • Incorrect size for the phone model specified in the order

  • Material defects (cracks, uneven cuts, missing elements from the set)

  • Processing defects visible before assembly

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear of the protective film

  • Scratches, chips or cracks caused by use

  • Incorrect installation carried out by the customer

  • Contact with liquids, mechanical shocks or external factors

2. Guarantee request procedure

To claim the warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to office@heybingo.ro within 14 days of receiving the product.

  2. Include in the message:

    • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt)

    • Clear photos of the claimed defect

  3. Our team will review the request and contact you for confirmation.

If the complaint is accepted, the product will be replaced or we will refund its value, at no additional cost.

3. Other products

If in the future we sell products with a different warranty regime (e.g. covers, electronic accessories), they will benefit from the 24-month legal conformity warranty, according to the legislation in force, with the exceptions provided by law.
