Delivery policy

This policy describes how HEYBINGO processes and delivers orders placed on the heybingo.ro website.

1. Delivery methods

Orders are delivered by express courier (Fan Courier, Cargus, Sameday or other partners) throughout Romania.

2. Delivery time

  • Orders placed and confirmed by 3:00 PM are processed the same day.

  • The average delivery time is 1-3 business days , depending on the destination and product availability.

  • During busy periods (Black Friday, holidays), the delivery time may be extended.

3. Delivery costs

  • The delivery cost is displayed on the checkout page before confirming the order.

  • For orders over 300 Lei, delivery is free.

  • For locations with additional kilometers, the courier may charge an additional fee.

4. Order processing

  • After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and a reference number.

  • Upon shipment, you will receive an email/SMS with the AWB number for tracking the package.

5. Parcel reception

  • Upon receipt of the package, please check the integrity of the packaging.

  • If you notice visible damage, you can refuse the package and request that a report be drawn up with the courier representative.

  • Any discrepancies between the products received and the order placed must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

6. International delivery

  • We currently do not ship internationally.
