Return policy

At HEYBINGO , we want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer you the possibility to return the products in accordance with Romanian law and our internal policy.

1. Right of withdrawal (14 calendar days)

  • According to GEO 34/2014, you have the right to return products purchased online within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, without giving a reason.

  • To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at office@heybingo.ro , specifying your name, address, order number and the product you wish to return.

2. Return conditions

To be accepted for return, the order must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in new condition , without signs of wear or damage.

  • The original packaging must be intact (if applicable).

  • All accessories and accompanying documents must be returned with the product.

⚠️ Customized products cannot be returned, according to the law.

3. Return costs

  • The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer, except in cases where the product is defective or was delivered incorrectly.

  • If the return is accepted, we will refund the product value within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method used for purchase (unless otherwise agreed).

4. Defective or incorrectly delivered products

  • If you have received a defective product or one that is different from the one you ordered, please contact us immediately.

  • In this case, the shipping cost is fully borne by HEYBINGO and we will replace your product or refund the amount paid.

5. Return procedure

  1. Send the return request by email to office@heybingo.ro .

  2. Pack the product properly to prevent damage during shipping.

  3. Send the package to:

  4. After receiving and checking the product, we will process your refund.
